Survey about police interrogations and confessions.
The survey should take no more than 15-20 minutes. We especially need people with a military background as they are not often surveyed about these beliefs. However, any individual regardless of their background is greatly appreciated. In order to participate, they have to be over the age of 18, and reside in the United States
To take the survey, please follow this link. http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/118794/zh3t4
Participation in this study is completely voluntary and the decision to participate or not will in no way affect your current or future relationship with CGU or its faculty, students, or staff. You have the right to withdraw from the research at any time or to refuse to answer any question(s) without penalty. The survey will ask you to indicate your perception of the prevalence of false confessions for civilians and individuals in the military. We will also ask you about your beliefs about what police interrogators should or should not be able to do during interrogations. Although some of these questions may be sensitive in nature, please be assured that your responses are completely anonymous and data will be presented in aggregate and not individually.
